The small upswing in sales in February, March and April has slowed down and interest is almost exclusively in the cheaper homes with prospective purchasers being very conservative. The successful offers we have received have resulted from vendors who have been prepared to negotiate their price.

The good news is that visitor numbers have increased with more people coming in to the office than the previous few months, and their inquiry is genuine.
