1. We are open 5 1/2  days a week. Phones are diverted to the duty rep. on weekends, or if we have to pop out of the office for a few minutes.

2. Property lists are available after hours from the office veranda.

3. We have a slide show presentation of all properties for sale located on our verandah. This is invaluable for after hours visitors.

4. Our web sites are updated regularly. Most properties will have up to 6-8 photographs or more to view.

5. We take many photos of each property and can post you a CD’s of any property. 

6.  If we do not have the property you are looking for, we can recommend agents in other areas or you can leave your contact details with us and we will notify you as soon as we have the listing.

7. If you intend flying to Walpole, we can arrange to pick you up and organise accommodation for you. 

8. Our office is CHILD FRIENDLY. Our secure lounge room has toys, books, TV, pens and paper to amuse the little ones while you talk.

9. The kettle is always on and you are welcome to come and have a cuppa and a chat at any time.
